What is a BEP (BIM Execution Plan)? Considerations for its development
In every project, decisions are made throughout its execution, and the initial parameters established during the design phase can strengthen the relevant activities. For this reason, it is important to involve stakeholders in its planning and in the determinations that follow.

EIR – Exchange Information Requirements
When participating in the procurement process of a BIM project, it is important to understand several concepts related to both the process and its application. In the initial meetings with the client, it becomes essential to assess their needs in relation to the project. At this stage, we rely on the EIR (Exchange Information Requirements), a document whose constant validation will be highly useful and will form part of the project’s non-graphical information.

In search of efficiency: Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
Due to the need for efficient management of costs and schedules in projects, we explore methodologies that complement or strengthen our project management practices. IPD, or Integrated Project Delivery, incorporates different approaches to structuring and executing a contract, while integrating stakeholders to improve communication, systems, and practices.
